One of the biggest culprits to staying inside your body is your judgmental mind. “Watching”, is the ability to observe oneself and identify what’s going on inside without judging it. This takes a lot of practice. In part 2 you will begin this process using tapping exercises and self-talk, allowing you to start a much-needed healing conversation with yourself.

Now you will move from judgment to acceptance. How much do you really accept yourself? Do you have a hurting or a healing relationship with yourself? You can never overcome your emotions if you don’t accept them. In part 3 you will begin to practice self-acceptance through taking your healing conversation to a deeper level.
